What this website collects
This website has no accounts or analytics, and it does not set cookies. You can browse it without giving us any personal data; we only receive it when you send an order.
Like every website, it is delivered by servers that receive technical data with each request, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type. Our hosting provider may keep this data in server logs for a short time to keep the website secure and working.
When you send an order
When you order through the shop, we receive your name, phone number and email, the company, business number, delivery address and notes if you give them, and the products and quantities you ordered.
We use this to contact you to confirm prices, availability, delivery and payment, to deliver the order, and to keep the records the law requires. We keep order records for as long as those obligations last.
What stays in your browser
Six features keep a small amount of data in your own browser: one remembers that the opening animation has been shown, one that you closed the privacy notice, Project Studio saves the house you plan and hands it to the contact form when you ask the team about it, the material calculator keeps your list of materials, and the shop keeps your cart. The cart and the house reach us only when you send an order or a message. The cookie policy describes all six.
When you contact us
If you call, email or write to us through the website, we use your name, contact details and message to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare an offer. We keep this correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose and for our legal obligations.
The contact page's form sends us your name, phone number and/or email, optionally your company and city, the topic you choose and your message. It is stored on our server with a message number and used only to reply to you.
Why we may process it
We process personal data under Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo, on these grounds:
- our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website and answering enquiries;
- steps you ask us to take before or under a contract, such as preparing an offer or handling your order;
- our legal obligations, for example for accounting.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- know whether we hold personal data about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data deleted when it is no longer needed;
- object to or restrict how we process it;
- complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo (Agjencia për Informim dhe Privatësi).
